Jessica Farley is a Project Manager with CBRE’s Project Management Group for both the occupier and investor business in the San Francisco Bay Area. As an effective communicator and team builder, Jessica manages all aspects of the project including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. She is recognized for applying industry leading practices to optimize cost, efficiency and quality while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Jessica has over 19 years of Project Management experience in the Construction Industry. She received a BA in Art and Architecture History from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH in 2000. For much of her career she served as an Estimator and Project Manager specializing in Masonry Restoration and Historic Preservation on masonry buildings throughout the Midwest. Since joining CBRE in 2013 Jessica has worked on infrastructure and tenant improvement projects for a confidential client in Detroit, Michigan and various projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
