Jill Steindler

Jill is an experienced operations professional with over 15 years in soft and hard services, currently specializing in facilities and project management for the Chevron account. She has a strong background in hotel operations, having worked with luxury and lifestyle brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Omni Hotels. After leaving the hospitality industry, she served as a Field Project Manager at Zillow Group, leading a Renovations team that completed over 300 home remodels in Northern California.

In her current position, Jill oversees functional operations of more than 100 corporate owned Chevron gas stations, managing work orders for fueling and building facilities, landscaping and grounds, image branding, and preventative maintenance work. Jill oversees a team of ten mobile technicians and collaborates with more than thirty contracted vendors. She also manages capital projects within her territory, which include convenience store remodels, car wash reloads, roofing and asphalt replacements, as well as various additional programs. Her project budgets range from $300,000 to $1.2 million. Jill focuses heavily on client relationship building and vendor management to ensure performance metrics and timelines are met and exceed account expectations.
