Associated Office
Joe Chick is an Associate within CBRE’s Capital Markets division, specializing in the sale of office, flex and industrial assets throughout West Florida on behalf of institutional and middle-market ownership groups. Prior to relocating to Tampa Bay, Mr. Chick began his career with CBRE’s South Florida Institutional Group based in Miami, focusing on institutional office and industrial sale transactions across the State of Florida. Since joining CBRE in 2015, Mr. Chick has worked on office and industrial assignments valued in excess of $1.5B across the State of Florida.
