Joe Gosnell is a Financial Analyst in the Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office.
Joe creates a high volume of complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the economic implications of various real estate occupancy and ownership strategies.
Joe assists in the collection, organization, and analysis of all information pertaining to various assignments. He provides key analytical support tailored to each situation and the needs of each client.
Joe maintains an active role in conducting analysis of complex leases, evaluating current and future real estate tax implications for various occupancy scenarios, and developing client presentations and deliverables. He analyzes leases, drafts detailed abstracts, and summarizes key lease clauses and economics.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Consulting Group, Joe interned in CBRE’s Boston office where he assisted the urban Life Sciences brokerage team.
