John Bartlett brings 30+ years of commercial property management skills to CBRE’s properties, clients and tenants. John’s daily responsibilities include the management of approximately one million square feet of retail property. This includes the day-to-day preparation and administration of annual property and capital budgets, monthly executive summaries and handling all maintenance and management needs of each asset. He has extensive experience in construction management, REO and troubled assets and working with loan servicers, lenders and owners through difficult transitions.
