Recognized as one of CBRE‘s most accomplished industrial representation professionals on the west coast, John Schumacher is an Executive Vice President in CBRE's South Bay Los Angeles office. John brings more than thirty years of experience in the Los Angeles County industrial marketplace, specializing in the industrial leasing and sales of properties in the South Bay area surrounding the World Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
John has been awarded a majority of the South Bay’s major listings and tenant representation assignments. As a result, his network extends to nearly every industrial player in the market, on either side of a transaction. John and his industrial team also benefit from an extensive bicoastal network; these relationships allow him to approach assignments with a greater appreciation for national and global trends.
John is one of the most active industrial brokers within the South Bay and LA County areas specializing in larger warehouse distribution and manufacturing properties. Consequently, his clients benefit from his keen understanding of the South Bay industrial market as well as his dedication, innovative ideas, work ethic and "no nonsense" straightforward approach. He has collected a tremendous amount of transactional experience and expertise in all five LA County submarkets by effectively working with other CBRE professionals in those respective areas.
Throughout his decorated tenure at CBRE, John has swiftly become one of the top industrial I professions Is in Southern California, earning titles in record time. He has been recognized as one of the top industrial I brokers on the west coast every year since 1994.
