Jordan Kirkbride is a Vice President within CBRE’s Institutional Hotels Debt & Structured Finance Group. Jordan joined the company in June 2022 and is responsible for all aspects of deal management and execution.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jordan was a member of Hodges Ward Elliott’s Capital Markets Group, which closed approximately $13 billion of financing transactions across all asset classes during his tenure at the firm. Prior to Hodges Ward Elliott, Jordan spent three years with Colony Capital, Inc., where he acquired and/or financed over $3 billion of assets across a variety of property types for the company’s balance sheet and managed investment vehicles. Prior to this, he spent four years at Cantor Commercial Real Estate, where he originated, structured and securitized over $14 billion of conduit and large-loan CMBS.
Jordan graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Minor in Economics.
