Jordan Selbiger joined CBRE in 2014 and is a First Vice President for U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets in Atlanta, GA. CBRE Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets specializes in providing healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies, assisting healthcare providers with strategic capital planning (including monetization and capital raising efforts) and advising health systems and physician groups in the developer selection process.
Jordan is responsible for marketing the team’s assignments, strategy and positioning of offerings, market research and analytical assignments for business development and coordinating the financial underwriting and due diligence processes.
Mr. Selbiger was previously a Senior Consultant with CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group and was responsible for providing state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting to institutional, financial and corporate clients. Mr. Selbiger has extensive experience advising asset managers and property owners on critical property level financial issues and identifying areas for value creation. During his tenure with the group, he has assisted in the financial structuring and underwriting of more than 70 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and multi-family housing product with an aggregate value in excess of $10 billion.
