Joseph is a commercial real estate professional with over 25 years of experience most recently as Regional Facility Manager with CBRE on the State Street account. He joined CBRE in 2006 as a Senior Property Manager, managing approximately 1.5 million square feet of commercial office and critical data center space within Massachusetts. In 2009 his role expanded to Regional Facility Manager assuming responsibilities for sites and staff in Kansas City, New York and New Jersey. Job functions include general management, real estate operations, project management, financial reporting, and budget development for both operating and capital.
Prior to joining CBRE Joe worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Facility Manager, managing Fidelity Investments 3.5 million square foot Boston portfolio.
Prior to joining CBRE, Joe also worked on the corporate real estate side as a Senior Facility Manager for Genuity, where he managed a staff of 20 employees. Duties included involvement in ground up construction, project management, move management, building operations, financial reporting and budget development.
