Joyce Goldstein has over ten years of commercial real estate experience which includes her role as a broker and as an owner of investment properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Joyce worked at Investment Real Estate Associates, a boutique real estate advisory firm, where she was responsible for sourcing new business and assisting private real estate investors with their dispositions locally and nationally. Joyce’s experience as a principal has offered her a distinct advantage when working with clients as she understands her clients’ perspectives and is equipped to guide her clients in making well-informed decisions.

The portfolio consisted of three buildings, one of which did not offer an assemblage opportunity. LA North Multifamily analyzed the portfolio and marketed it as both a portfolio and individual property sale. The team generated 27 offers and opened escrow on a non-contingent basis day-1.
