Katie began her career in 2016 when she interned with CBRE, discovering her passion for real estate and her drive to be a part of the success of companies both regionally and globally. Prior to her time at CBRE, Katie captained her varsity softball program at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. Katie's experiences prior to and throughout her time with CBRE have poised her to communicate effectively, problem-solve efficiently, and provide world-class results for clients each and every day.

CBRE was initially engaged to sublease excess space in 2015 on non-contiguous floors within the premises. The space subleased for above the contract rent within one month. Client values real estate as a recruiting tool for expanding upon 230 employee count and, as such, committed to a long-term lease with a total rent expenditure of $43M over the term. CBRE continues to help the client expand their real estate portfolio within PA and other markets.

CBRE’s Tenant Advisory Team executed the Workplace360 corporate initiative consolidating two offices into a state-of-the-art facility. The move created an environment that improves productivity and enables CBRE to better serve its clients.

CBRE executed a deal for the client to move into a smaller, more appropriately sized office, allowing for $80K+ of savings per year in lease expenses. The new location features aesthetically pleasing interior design and fulfills the client’s desire for a mix of both office and open collaborative space.

From the client’s initial tour in April to the lease commencement date in early June, CBRE was able to execute the deal and move the client into the new location, their first PA office, in only six short weeks.
