Mr. Manson and his team are consistently one of the top investment brokers in the East Bay Area. Over the last five years, Mr. Manson has been named a Costar Power Broker two separate times and is consistently ranked as one of the top ten brokers for CBRE’s East Bay offices. Before joining CBRE, Keith worked at Wheelhouse Investment Real Estate Brokerage and Arroyo and Coates. Keith is also a real estate investor with individual and partial ownership of over 200 apartment units.
Keith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California in Santa Barbara where he is also participated in four years of Division 1 swimming. Keith is a member of RHANAC, The Berkeley Property Owners Association and the Urban Land Institute. Keith is an avid cyclist and outdoor sports enthusiast. He, his wife and two daughters live in Danville, CA.
