Kelly (Trueblood) Rees is the Capital Markets Operations Manager for the National Partners West Team led by Darla Longo and Barbara Perrier. Kelly joined CBRE in 2016 as a financial analyst with the Financial Consulting Group dedicated to National Partners. During her time in FCG, Kelly underwrote $4.5 Billion (32 MSF) of closed transactions.
Since 2019, Kelly has played a crucial role in assisting with the disposition of over $37 Billion (170 MSF) of industrial properties and land. Kelly is responsible for interfacing with clients throughout a transaction from Broker Opinion of Value through Close of Escrow. As an integral part of the team, Kelly leads the efforts of production of pitches, offering memorandums and financial analysis. Prior to joining CBRE, Kelly attended Texas Christian University.
