As Associate Creative Director of CBRE’s Property Marketing Center, Kenneth Weaver serves a lead creative role in the development of property marketing strategies, creative project management and the creation of high-end print and interactive collateral. Mr. Weaver concentrates on assignments for CBRE Global Investors and National Brokerage Agency Leasing but contributes his design expertise to other lines of business as well.
Immediately before joining CBRE in 2010, Mr. Weaver was a senior art director at Shell Creative Services where he designed and produced targeted promotions and packaging items, and worked with global brand managers on various consumer products. Prior to that, he provided art direction and creative management at a variety of Houston area advertising agencies and design firms, including The eM Group, Croxson Design, Patrick Henry Creative Promotions and Marion Montgomery Inc.
