Mr. Hatcher has been advising owners, developers, and occupiers of industrial real estate since 2008. He excels in identifying target assets, rigorous financial modeling & analysis, entitlements, marketing, leasing, and selling investor and occupier assets. Kevin has completed over 500 lease and sale transactions exceeding $3 Billion in total consideration. Mr. Hatcher previously was Director of Institutional Fixed Income Sales in Structured Products for Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and San Francisco.
Mr. Hatcher studied Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. He was a two-sport intercollegiate athlete and member of the Cal Rugby & Cal Golf teams and President of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. Mr. Hatcher is a founding member of the Rugby Opportunity Fund (“ROF”) which provides funding for “at risk” youth determined to achieve academic and athletic excellence through exposure to University life experiences.
Mr. Hatcher resides in San Francisco with his wife Maggie and three children Phoebe, Frances, and Henry. In addition to coaching his children’s sports teams, he enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, exploring, and reading. Mr. Hatcher is a member of The Olympic Club of San Francisco, California Alumni Association, Cal Bear Backers, and San Francisco Grid Club.
