Kevin Prouty

Kevin Prouty is a native Tucsonan that joined CBRE in 2016. Kevin works as Vice President on CBRE Tucson’s Debt and Structured Finance team. Kevin’s primary responsibilities include the origination, structuring, and closing of debt and equity real estate transactions both in Tucson and throughout the United States. During his mortgage banking career, he has arranged acquisition, refinances, value-add, bridge, construction, and conventional financings with a large variety of lending sources including government-sponsored agencies (including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan, and Fannie Mae Small Multifamily Loan), life insurance companies, banks, credit unions, and debt funds. Kevin has successfully arranged financing for virtually all types of commercial real estate properties, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and self-storage assets.
