Kevvin Miller is a Director and member of the Supply Chain Consulting practice.  As a leader of Supply Chain Consulting, Kevvin is responsible for supply chain consulting services for Industrial & Logistics clients in the Americas region.  His primary focus will be supporting development of Business Case Process and delivery of Facility Concept Designs, Operational Assessments, and other Supply Chain Solutions as the team interfaces with workstreams and clients across CBRE. 

Kevvin has over 30 years of supply chain experience. He started out as an Operations Manager to gain solid practical experience in how overall supply chain influences impacted upstream and downstream business functions.  A shift to supply chain consulting for nearly 20 Years helped bring together all functional areas including strategy and business case development, supply chain network design, transportation analysis, distribution operations and facility design, supply chain execution systems, full end to end implementations with a focus on business visibility metrics, and best practice operations across multiple industries.
Most recently, Kevvin was Project Director at a Facility Supplies company leading a companywide WMS and Operational Best Practice Implementation Program prior to Leading the DC Design Build Functions for a Facility Maintenance B2B organization.  

Currently, Kevvin supports a team of very experienced supply chain professionals, project managers, modelers, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts using network and operationally sound tool kit applications for solutions to help clients solve business problems where supply chain intersects with real estate.

Significant Project History

  • For many clients, drove supply chain network strategy engagements, developing multi and omni-channel network designs for retail, direct-to-consumer, and wholesale distributors, providing critical direction on key requirements such as: when additional capacity thresholds would hit, where facilities should be located and purpose, role and function as well as high-level size of the facilities
  • Development of Capacity and Financial Budgeting Tool Sets in Support of Network Strategy Initiatives
  • Development of Facility Concept Design Parameter Tool Sets for execution of building and operations designs leading to full implementation.
  • Lead WMS implementation process and teams across forty plus facilities 
  • Retailer / Wholesaler for professional trades industry, designed and implemented end to end 4 Wall operations including building parameters, material handling technology and automation, forklift fleet, WMS and WCS functions and full SOP development and training
  • Specialty Clothing Retailer, full integrated design for building, automation and systems, managed labor and tax incentives with local, county and state level resources
  • International based country infrastructure and network strategy for national system of healthcare and emergency services including distribution, logistics and inventory control requirements to improve overall quality of life
  • International based retailer, Distribution Campus facility design across all retail and eCommerce businesses, incorporating housing, and infrastructure
