Kimberly Duong is a client service specialist with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group. Kim joined CBRE in 2018 as a RESA in Property Management for nearly two years before moving into brokerage early 2020. She has over 11 years of experience in finance, business development, and client management services. She assisted in oversight of The Triangle Building, one of the trendiest buildings in all of Denver, located at 1550 Wewatta St in the Union Station by the 16th Street mall neighborhood. The class A+ Office building was completed in 2015 and features a total of 227,631 square feet. The mesmerizing building was constructed with LEED design elements and high-end energy efficient materials.

She is resourceful and effective in streamlining operations, securing and retaining relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Prior to joining CBRE, Kimberly was a highly successful Assistant Branch Manager and Business Development Professional at First National Bank of Omaha for over a decade.
