As Managing Director in the San Jose/Silicon Valley office, Kirsten assists with the implementation of sales management processes; including market meetings, inbound and outbound referrals, business plan reporting and the coordination of targeted vertical pursuit strategies. She focuses on effective recruitment, development and performance management of associates and serves as a conduit for brokerage professionals in providing insight into and identifying resources within CBRE’s enterprise platform.

Prior to this role, Kirsten’s career in commercial real estate began in 1994 at CPS, a former Silicon Valley boutique firm. In 2007, Kirsten joined CBRE as Senior Vice President of Investment Properties within the Institutional Group in San Jose. Her well-rounded, diverse expertise is derived from tenant and landlord representation in both sale, lease and leased investment transactions in the Silicon Valley.
