Beginning her career as a data analyst, Krista brings nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting including strategic planning, master planning, portfolio strategy, transition, and activation. Her industrial engineering degree lends her both the analytical and critical thinking skills to strategize for both the big picture and at the granular level. She uses her operational knowledge from a diverse array of healthcare systems to elevate both patient and staff experiences through innovative and best practice driven solutions.
Krista graduated from the Computing Informatics and Decision Systems Engineering school at Arizona State University with honors, achieved her Six Sigma Green Belt, and also holds a certification in Graphic Facilitation.
