Kyle Mazade

Kyle Mazade serves as the Client Services Team Lead for the prominent team of Rob Waller and Patrick Amos in CBRE’s Beverly Hills office. Kyle plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of this team, including client relations, business development, marketing, technology, CRM management, as well as, oversight of executed leases and reconciliation of an extensive budget. She is responsible for implementing CBRE’s leading tech-focused tools, such as Floored, Dimension, Salesforce and Tableau, to ensure clients are offered a competitive advantage.

While Kyle’s team focuses on creative, entertainment, new-media and studio related leasing and sales in the Greater Los Angeles region, they also handle several multi-market accounts. In the past three years, the team has completed transactions both domestically and internationally totaling over 5.5 million square feet on behalf of landlords, tenants and investors.

Prior to joining the Waller-Amos team, Kyle worked in CBRE San Diego where she was a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to a high-volume team who specialize in helping business owners, investors and developers buy, sell and lease North County San Diego industrial, R&D and office properties.
