Kyle Witt is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Office Institutional Properties Group, the leading regional practice based in Atlanta. Mr. Witt joined the team in 2021 and is responsible for building robust financial models, leading the development of marketing materials, performing extensive due diligence, and analyzing trends in both, commercial real estate markets and the broader capital markets.
Prior to joining Office Institutional Properties Group, Mr. Witt was an investment banking analyst within the Asset Finance group at Truist Securities (fka SunTrust Robinson Humphrey), where he worked on the origination, structuring, and execution of secured loans provided to enable clients to maximize liquidity and optimize their capital structures. During his tenure at Truist Securities, Mr. Witt worked on 10 closed transactions that totaled +$750MM in committed capital across a variety of industry verticals and transaction types.
Mr. Witt earned his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia. His collegiate experience at UGA afforded him the opportunity to earn an internship at JLL in Chicago, Illinois. While there, he garnered significant experience analyzing office leasing trends and assisting in the preparation of marketing materials.
