Kylee Rocher Antweil is an Associate in CBRE’s Office Tenant Representation Group.
She serves as as an advisor to local, national, and global clients where she negotiates and executes complex real estate requirements including relocations, renewals, dispositions, and build-to-suits.
Prior to beginning her career at CBRE, Kylee spent the first years of her career in B2B sales. She worked for a niche software-as-a-service company who partnered with large public companies to help quantify the value of complex technology investments. She then moved to the Houston Business Journal and managed a book of business with a heavy focus in commercial real estate, law, higher education, and financial services.
Kylee's cross-functional experiences and CBRE’s global platform enable her to approach modern-day real estate transactions with a unique and fresh lens.
She prides herself on developing creative solutions tailored to her clients’ real estate needs to improve efficiencies and drive cost-savings.
Kylee is native Houstonian with a degree in communications and business from the University of Texas at Austin.
