Laura Lawrence serves as Senior Vice President in the Pittsburgh office of CBRE specializing in the execution of multi-housing property sales. Since pivoting from Industrial Brokerage to Multi-Housing in 2018, Laura has led CBRE Pittsburgh’s Multifamily Investment Sales Team with core focus on institutional and private capital investment-grade property dispositions and acquisitions. Laura has drawn on her proficiency in managing complex real estate transactions to exclusively list and sell over $1 billion in transactions since 2018 placing her within CBRE Pittsburgh's Top Three Producers. The Team concentrates on Pittsburgh, western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Laura manages the underwriting, positioning, and deal execution processes and regularly leverages CBRE’s Debt & Structured finance teams to help provide strong debt and equity advantages for her clients.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2013, Laura gained experience in the acquisitions and asset management departments for a full-service real estate development firm. She was responsible for performing analysis and due diligence on assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ms. Lawrence joined CBRE as an Associate and achieved the title of Senior Associate in 2016. In 2018, she became a Vice President, in 2020, a First Vice President, and in 2021, a Senior Vice President.
