Professional Experience

Laura has been with CBRE for 33 years. She currently leads the Americas Account Center of Excellence (COE) for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services line of business. The Account COE manages 250 transaction managers, who produce $100M in annual transaction revenue for large occupier clients.

Laura has held several previous leadership positions at CBRE in various functions including, A&T Operations, Sales Management, Client Care, Human Resources and Corporate Facilities. As the leader of Human Resources, Laura was responsible for launching EMPOWER, CBRE’s formal mentorship program. When she had responsibility for Corporate Facilities, she oversaw the introduction of CBRE’s alternative workplace strategy, Workplace360, which now is deployed at more than 100 offices worldwide.

Prior to these roles, Laura spent nearly 30 years as a sales professional. She began her brokerage career in agency leasing, transitioning into tenant representation and finally into corporate services. When she joined CBRE in 1991 she focused on account relationship management for occupier clients with global real estate portfolios. Her account team provided transaction management, project management, facilities management and portfolio management services for these multi-national companies.
