Laurie Kalantari is a Project Management Director in the Seattle market with 20 years of extensive experience in managing tenant improvements projects including corporate relocations, new construction, in-place renovations, building expansions, and historical renovations. In addition to providing leadership and oversight to her team, Laurie manages and oversees projects from site selection through design, construction, and project closeout, allowing her to ensure the highest level of project cost control measures and schedule adherence, while leveraging efficiencies and best practices to achieve high-quality results and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining CBRE, Laurie provided project management services to a wide range of clients in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Laurie relocated to Seattle in 2015 to join CBRE’s Microsoft account and was responsible for managing national projects throughout the U.S and Canada. Laurie’s project experience spans across retail, government, private commercial, corporate, technology, financial, industrial, and healthcare sectors.
