Leah Walter is a Senior Valuation Associate in CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) group specializing in Seniors Housing & Healthcare. Leah Walter focuses solely on valuation and advisory services for seniors housing assets including active adult, independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and life plan communities (LPC/CCRC).

Leah has over 10 years of professional experience within the real estate industry, with 8 years specific to valuation. Leah came to CBRE from Valbridge Property Advisors where she developed experience in mostly Senior Housing, Industrial, Highest & Best Use Analysis, and specialized properties. Prior to living in Chicago, Leah worked for 6 years with Herron Todd White which is the largest independent Valuation and Advisory firm in Australia.
