Leni Sandoval joined CBRE in October 2022 as an Associate on the Houston Retail Tenant Brokerage team. With nearly 6-years of experience in business development for national creative fabrication agencies, Leni has a deep knowledge of fabricated interior and exterior communications programs and their impact on brand positioning in the market.
As a relationship-driven solutionist, Leni is passionate about connecting people and brands to an environment that is impactful, scalable, and does the heavy lifting needed to increase profits. Leni has worked with the country’s largest restaurant groups, retailers, education institutions, fitness studios, and office clients, to communicate their brand identity in a physical sense through strategic ideation, fabrication, and installation of architectural and commercial signage, fixtures, décor, and millwork.
She has managed national and regional accounts with up to hundreds of locations like Focus Brands’ Jamba and Schlotzsky’s, Haagen Dazs, Church’s Chicken, Freebirds World Burrito, Torchy’s Tacos, Zadok Jewelers, Caliber Auto Care (formerly Service First Automotive), Valdosta University, yoga studio chains (and so much more), sold millions of dollars of design and fabrication services, managed installations, and worked closely with her clients’ marketing, development, and construction teams. Having this experience working from the inside-out, she understands how decision makers select new sites to further grow their footprint, and with her experience, she is excited to shift her focus to curating prime real estate opportunities for her clients.
Prior to joining the signage industry, Leni worked in fashion on both the design and retail side for Badgley Mischka, and on the business and sales side for local boutiques Hemline and Brooke Feather. She is a native Houstonian and UH graduate who enjoys exploring the city’s multi-cultural food scene and loves spending time with her friends, family, and dogs.
