Lily is a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets group, which provides advice, analysis and execution of alternative capital solutions to optimize corporately-owned and occupied real estate portfolios. Based in Chicago, Lily is responsible for supporting the team’s brokers by applying financial analyses, packaging marketing materials, and coordinating due diligence for transactions involving all property types nationwide and internationally. Lily has worked on a variety of transaction structures including sale leasebacks, net lease sales, credit tenant leases, build-to-suits, acquisitions, and financing.

Lily graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Lily is a licensed real estate professional in the state of Illinois and an active member of CBRE’s Women’s Network.
