Linda Lazo is a Senior Real Estate Manager for CBRE, Inc. based in the Honolulu office. Ms. Lazo has nearly 10 years of experience in property management, which extends to office, retail and industrial management. She currently oversees management of 1.3 million square feet on Oahu. Her responsibilities include maintaining strong client and tenant relationships, overseeing property operations and developing portfolio staff members.
Prior to being a Senior Real Estate Manager on the Oahu Asset Services team, Ms. Lazo was a Real Estate Manager on a Strategic Accounts portfolio in Bellevue, Washington. In this position, Linda was responsible for managing 700,000 square feet of Class A & Class B+ office assets, overseeing annual operating budgets in excess of $10 million and capital & tenant improvement projects totaling $7 million, while upholding CBRE Global Standards.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Ms. Lazo worked for Reit Management & Research LLC as an Assistant Property Manager on two Class A office buildings and two flex-industrial business parks located in the Pacific Northwest.
