Liz Anderson is a Transaction Manager on the global multi-market Corporate Advisory
and Transaction team led by Bill Bonifas, Matt Cariello, and Kenzie Kiefer.
Liz supports the management of real estate transaction activities for the team’s
national and international clients. Her responsibilities include lease analysis,
portfolio planning, and helping clients to strategize, assess and implement
solutions to their ownership and tenancy needs and business goals.
By leveraging the team’s extensive knowledge, years of experience, and CBRE
services such as: portfolio optimization, transaction management, labor analytics,
supply chain and transportation analysis, mergers & acquisition consulting,
capital markets exploration, workplace strategy, financial consulting, economic
incentive negotiations and more the team positions their clients to achieve the
best possible outcomes for their real estate needs.
This Milwaukee-based team is one of the few Corporate Advisory and
Transaction teams within CBRE offering portfolio-level transaction management
and advisory services to large corporate occupiers. Together, this team strives
to improve efficiencies and reduce annual real estate expenditures throughout
their client’s leased/owned real estate portfolios – positively impacting their
bottom lines.
