Lizzy Timm is a Investment Sales Analyst with CBRE’s Office Institutional Properties Group, the leading regional practice based in Atlanta. Mrs. Timm joined the team in 2021 and is responsible for analyzing real estate trends, operating financial models, preparing property valuations, and creating marketing materials.
Mrs. Timm graduated from the University of Georgia in 2020 with a B.B.A in Real Estate and Marketing and a certificate in legal studies. During her college experience, Mrs. Timm gained valuable industry knowledge interning with Selig Enterprises in Atlanta. After graduation, Mrs. Timm joined SitusAMC as a Debt Diligence Analyst in their Commercial Advisory group. In this role, Mrs. Timm assisted in the underwriting and due diligence for the closing of CRE loans and securitizations.
