Lori Burke is the national Director of Capital Markets Operations for the CBRE Hotels’ team in the Americas. She brings strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of company policies to the team. She offers more than 25 years of hotel real estate experience and has held her real estate license for more than 15 years. Currently, she provides marketing, public relations, web publishing, conference coordination and client service support for the 70+ CBRE Hotels' professionals in the Americas as well as collaborates with CBRE's Capital Markets platform and her counterparts in EMEA and Asia Pacific.
In her previous role with CBRE Hotels, Ms. Burke specialized in the marketing of full-service, limited and select-service hotels including brands such as Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott. Ms. Burke focused on marketing collateral including the creation of property websites, HTML email campaigns, designing property brochures, offering memorandums and other presentation materials and reports.
Prior to her marketing role, she was a Project Manager for the Atlanta CBRE Hotels professionals. Ms. Burke was responsible for critical client and transaction management components of the group’s projects. Her role required involvement on a daily basis with these clients, the Hotels team, as well as the brokers, in managing the sales process from pre-marketing, buyer selection, through closing the transaction.
