A 23-year CBRE veteran, Lorraine Webber serves as a Client Services Specialist for the team of John Schumacher, III and Bret Quinlan, one of the company’s most respected, top-producing industrial teams at CBRE. In her role, Lorraine is responsible for business development marketing materials, research, accounting and client support for the team which is known for landlord and tenant representation in the South Bay industrial market. Additionally, Lorraine creates and maintains client specific websites with current activity, availability, and property reports as well as marketing brochures, which are custom made and maintained by the team. She is trained in an exhausted number of real estate technologies that enable a wide range of timely in-house services, from property marketing to client data basing. Having been with the team for over 20 years, Lorraine benefits from long-term client relationships grounded in a personally tailored expertise.
To fortify the team’s unmatched client-centric initiatives, Lorraine coordinates with CBRE’s specific business service groups to provide hands-on, customized support for clients who value the team’s unique depth across real estate services. Research, website marketing, digital marketing, and the mapping center are just a few of the groups that Lorraine assists as needed to produce an active platform of client support through efficient cross-training. Some of the specialized services Lorraine is responsible for include competition reports, marketing materials, budget maintenance, and due diligence. Additionally, she assists the team in the property marketing for their extensive portfolio located in the areas of Carson, Compton, Inglewood, Torrance, Long Beach, Rancho Dominguez and Redondo Beach. The uniquely comprehensive team understands the value of seasonable support that is aligned with evolving client needs.
Lorraine began her career at CBRE in 1999, as Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In this position, she grew her knowledge of CBRE’s platform of services, as well as back-office structures. In 2001, Lorraine transitioned to the South Bay office where she joined the Schumacher-Quinlan team.
Prior to CBRE, Lorraine worked as a Legal Secretary for a Trustee of the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Court and prior to that worked in the corporate offices of Princess Cruises. From these experiences, Lorraine grew a diligent ability to manage project oversight and professional relationships.
