Louisa Zakhia joined CBRE as a Client Services Coordinator in May 2024. She provides transactional, administrative, and marketing support for the Miami Occupier Team, focusing on business development activities such as market surveys and client relationship management.
Before joining CBRE, Louisa worked as a Transaction Services Specialist at Newmark and, prior to that, as a Marketing Assistant at Compass, a residential real estate brokerage firm.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with minors in Real Estate and International Business from the University of Miami. Louisa is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
