Lynn Reed

Lynn Reed is a Senior Strategist in CBRE’s Americas Consulting based in Denver, Colorado. With a background in corporate research, strategy and financial analysis, he partners with clients to identify key areas for optimization and differentiation among competitors. With a passion for analytical and critical thinking, Lynn advises clients in developing cost-efficient real estate strategies by assisting in portfolio optimization strategies, labor analytics, and workplace strategy solutions.

Since joining CBRE in 2021, Lynn has supported a broad range of clients across the financial services, legal, medical and governmental sectors. He has experience in data driven labor analytics, portfolio benchmarking, and real estate portfolio planning.
Prior to joining CBRE, Lynn worked at Cushman & Wakefield as part of their Office Research team, where he supported overall broker support and execution, as well as provided high-level thought leadership. Additionally, he supported and oversaw various company business development pursuits and acquisitions.
