Search Deal FlowMac Watson is a Senior Associate with the CBRE East Bay Multifamily Investment Properties Group and supports the team's broad platform of business development, market research, financial analysis, property marketing and transaction management. Mac specializes in investment real estate brokerage with a focus in multifamily, mixed-use and land sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining the team in 2019, Mac has been involved in representing clients in the acquisition and/or disposition of over 1,400 apartment units representing more than $455 Million in transaction volume.
An East Bay native and graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Mac uses his tenured local market knowledge and leverages CBRE’s broad platform to implement a sound real estate approach that maximizes value for his clients.

Keith Manson, Zachary Greenwood, Mac Watson, Kareem Omara and Kristen Gaer comprise the East Bay Multifamily Investment Properties and serve the Multifamily investment property needs of the Private Investor – both property owners and buyers. The East Bay Multifamily team is focused on the sale of Multifamily properties, land to develop apartment buildings and condominium conversions/reversions. They work with individual property owners and investors to develop a unique strategy to help maximize the value of their properties. East Bay Multifamily focuses on specific markets and through a thoughtfully designed and well-orchestrated process, they work diligently to exceed their clients expectations. By always putting the client first and implementing a holistic approach to brokerage, East Bay Multifamily has earned a reputation in the Bay Area that is unmatched.
As members of the CBRE Investment Properties, Multifamily, they are a part of the largest nationally integrated network of investment real estate professionals exclusively focused on the needs of the private investor.
