Her team is a robust resource for CBRE sales professionals and leverages its proprietary data and analysis to help CBRE’s owner and occupier clients make informed real estate decisions.

In addition to publishing downtown and suburban quarterly market statistics, the team tracks market dynamics and publishes thought leadership at the forefront of industry shifts and trends.

Madeline has 5 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in roles involving research, geospatial analysis, and strategic planning. Most recently as a GIS Analyst for CBRE covering Chicago and Ohio markets, she worked with various business lines to provide geographic data and analysis for current and prospective clients.

Madeline’s ability to analyze market trends and deliver actionable insights to clients and prospects is grounded also by her experience as a Planning Services Analyst at design-build firm La Macchia Group, where she provided strategic financial and geospatial analyses for credit unions and banks nationally.
