Madelynne is a Senior Project Manager for CBRE’s Nashville-based project management team. When leading projects on behalf of her clients she is responsible for project oversight, schedule management, cost control, coordination, FF&E Logistics, and overall project management.
Prior to joining CBRE, Madelynne worked as a Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager at Hastings in Nashville. She was responsible for managing and designing workplace and corporate interior projects across Nashville, as well as Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Memphis.
Mrs. Moulton also has experience as an Interior Designer at Nelson Worldwide and as a Junior Architect at Davis Architects in Atlanta. Throughout her career, she has managed all aspects of design projects from concept to fruition. She specializes in consultant coordination. She also loves to mentor the newest generation of professionals and has participated in design juries at various schools and co-chaired a summer internship program.
