Marc is a Project Manager with CBRE Project Management, with 14 years of experience in the fields of construction management, project management and program management as an Owner and Owner's Representative. He has extensive professional experience in planning, managing and implementing capital improvement projects in the healthcare, commercial, and K-12 education sectors.
Prior to joining CBRE, Marc was a Construction Project Manager for The Queen's Health Systems (QHS) as an Owner's representative with the Department of Facilities Planning and Design. His focus at QHS was the design, planning, and construction of healthcare facilities, including major equipment replacement, clinic interior renovations, and HVAC renovation upgrades.
Prior to QHS, Marc spent five years as a Sr. Capital Program Manager at Kamehameha Schools (KS). Marc was directly responsible for managing the overall implementation of a portfolio of ten to twenty-five projects for KS’ Facilities Development Support Division specializing in K-12 education and the commercial real estate sector.
Prior to Kamehameha Schools, Marc served as an Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager for the West Contra Costa Unified School District with Seville Group, Inc. in the East Bay Area of San Francisco, California for seven years before moving back home to Honolulu, Hawaii.
