Marcos Minaya joined CBRE in 2012 as a Financial Analyst. He is responsible for financial underwriting, property valuation, market analysis, and the development of marketing materials for the sale and financing of investment properties. Prior to working at CBRE, Marcos was an REO analyst with Rialto Capital in the Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for the day to day operations of commercial and residential real estate. Prior to that he held positions at LNR Property, Capital Mortgage & Investments and SunTrust Bank.
