Mariah Washington

Mariah joined CBRE in September 2021. Mariah is responsible for assisting the CBRE Industrial team. In this role, Mariah manages her team’s listings, database, property research and marketing.

Before joining CBRE, Mariah worked in advertising, assisting the sales executives with marketing proposals, ad creations, billing, as well as, being the liaison between the sales executives and clients. By working with multiple clients in the various agencies and industries, Mariah refined her skills in organizational and project management. She also gained experience while working in Economic Development, being responsible for accounts payable and taking the lead on the grants program for the department. With the combination of working in the advertising industry and Economic Development, Mariah gained a wealth of knowledge in advertising and marketing available industrial buildings and land for prospects.
