Through 18 years of commercial and investment real estate experience, Matt has expertise in the financial analysis and valuation of investment grade real estate as well as a keen knowledge of the local real estate investment market.
Matt Gray, in partnership with Kevin Broderick, have completed 76 transactions, for a total consideration in excess of $287 million over the last 8 years. Prior to joining CBRE, Matt was employed as a senior investment analyst at Marcus & Millichap where he was directly involved with the analysis, marketing, and sale of shopping centers and single-tenant retail properties culminating in 85 closed transactions. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Matt worked for Richard Nichols Associates appraising commercial and investment grade real estate located throughout the Midwest.
