Matt King

Matt King is a Vice President at CBRE | Triad. Since joining CBRE I Triad in 2012, Matt has been one of the leading members of the Retail Services team. Matt focuses on retail and restaurant advisory, landlord and tenant representation, and large format site selection for retail occupiers and developers.

Matt personally specializes in tenant and landlord representation, site selection and sourcing development sites for numerous active retailers and restaurants including CoreLife MD, Jimmy John’s, Clutch Coffee, Guthrie’s, Chicken Salad Chick, Culver’s, American Deli, Orangetheory Fitness, Sky Zone, US Foods, and Concentra. He also oversees the leasing of various product types including big box properties, neighborhood shopping centers and new mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining CBRE | Triad, Matt worked at Brantley Properties, Inc., where he was a Regional Manager for the multi-family division. Before working with the multi-family division, he managed commercial properties and specialized in tenant and landlord representation.
