Associated Office
Currently a member of the Financial Consulting Group, Mr. Powell joined the firm in February of 2006. In his role as Senior Associate Director, Mr. Powell provides financial and analytical consulting to corporations, financial institutions, REIT’s and real estate advisory companies. As a division of CBRE, the Financial Consulting Group leverages the proven experience and local market knowledge of more than 20,000 real estate professionals worldwide to provide custom analyses, which empower clients to make the most informed real estate decisions.
Prior to joining the Financial Consulting Group, Mr. Powell worked as a Salesperson for The Broz Group where he was involved in the sale of Chicago-area apartment buildings to private investors. Before The Broz Group, Mr. Powell was involved in acquisitions and market analysis of self storage facilities for Storage USA/GE Real Estate.
