In 2017, Matthew was nominated by Real Estate Forum as a Top Investment Sales Broker for being among the top-producing brokers in the United States. At year-end 2016, Matthew ranked in the top 20 producers in the Country for investment sales at CBRE, and top 10 among all producers in the Philadelphia Region. He also received a 2016 CoStar Power Broker Award as a Top Sales Broker in the Philadelphia MSA. Throughout his 15-year career in real estate, Matthew has participated in over 700 transactions equaling more than $2.35 billion dollars of commercial real estate.
Matthew began his career in investment sales with Marcus & Millichap in January 2005. Over the course of his tenure at M&M he was promoted through the ranks eight times ultimately achieving Vice President of Investments and Director of the National Retail Group. Matthew spent the early years of his career as a Branch Manager for Univest, a regional bank in the Philadelphia area and as an Account Manager for Cigna Group Insurance Company before entering the real estate industry. Matt earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing paired with a minor in Psychology from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, graduating in 2003.
