Max Rasansky

Max Rasansky is Executive Vice President of CBRE and has been in the commercial real estate business since 1975.

Max’s main focus throughout his real estate career has been all phases of retail including working with developers, retailers, small tenant leasing, small and big box users, department stores, food stores, land assemblage, and zoning predominantly in Southeast Wisconsin. Max has moved into other aspects of the business including medical and enjoys acting as broker, advisor, counselor, and trusted ally and friend to his clients.

Max is a graduate of Shorewood High School and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism.
