Megan Bullard

Megan Bullard joined CBRE in June 2015 and serves as a Senior Real Estate Manager in the greater Sacramento market. In her current role, she represents building owners and investors for a portfolio of properties totaling approximately 2 million square feet. She oversees lease agreements and compliance, monitors operating and capital budgets, builds strong stakeholder relationships and provides strategic property analysis to maximize asset performance.

Megan Bullard has been in the commercial real estate industry for 10 years. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked for a retail development company in the Bay Area assisting with property management for shopping centers throughout California, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska. She started her career in Lease Administration in 2011 and has continued to progress into a leadership role within Property Management.

She is actively involved in the industry on a local level serving on the Commercial Real Estate Women board for 2022. She is also an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Association of Commercial Real Estate.
