Melody Lemmon

Melody Lemmon joined CBRE | Raleigh in May 2019 as an Assistant Real Estate Manager with the Property Management team. In this position, Melody has worked with a portfolio of assets including high rise, office towers, medical, Class A office and retail shopping center management. Melody is responsible for day-to-day management of the properties, including tenant, client, and vendor relations, property owner contact, staff and vendor oversight, preparation of annual operating budgets, financial reporting, and accounts payable.

Prior to joining CBRE | Raleigh, Melody experienced 15+ years of client service experience, providing property management services across a wide range of commercial and retail assets. Melody began her real estate career for a local Real Estate Investment Trust in a facilities management position, then transitioned into a lease administration role for a premium outlet office based in Cary. In addition, Melody managed a 365-acre lifestyle center in Wilmington, NC over seeing a portfolio of national and local tenants. She also served as a Commercial Property Manager for a Raleigh based commercial management firm where she managed a portfolio of retail, office, and flex/warehouse properties, including two medical office buildings.
