An Appraisal Institute MAI-designated member, I am currently licensed in North and South Carolina, I specialize in the industrial, office, healthcare, and retail sectors with increasing experience in the life sciences sector. Although, I am local to the Carolinas, I am able to reach across CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services’ (VAS) network to provide or connect you to local expertise on a national or global scale.

Single-property assets to multi-property portfolio valuations, rent studies, third-party appraisal reviews and consultations are services I can provide be it for smaller properties under $1 million in rural markets to institutional quality assets in excess of $100 million in primary markets.
